BQ pricing model is a profound industrialized market revolution in the history of China's construction industry. Its implementation has led construction enterprises to make business process reengineering necessary and urgent. In order to adapt to the new market model, the management of construction enterprises must fundamentally rethink and thoroughly redesign the organizational structure and management processes of enterprises. This article elaborates the concept and method of reengineering of the construction project as the key process in the construction enterprise.
