目的研究石杉碱甲在体小肠吸收动力学,为设计缓释亲水凝胶骨架片提供参考。方法采用大鼠在体回流方法研究了石杉碱甲在不同浓度和不同小肠区段下的吸收。结果石杉碱甲在肠道各部位的吸收速率按十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠顺序上升,吸收速率常数分别为0.070 7、0.097 6、0.102、0.124 9 h-1。结论石杉碱甲在肠道的吸收呈现一级动力学特征,且吸收机制为被动扩散。
Objective To study the absorption kinetics of huperzine A in small intestine and provide reference for the design of sustained-release hydrophilic gel matrix tablets. Methods Huperzine A was tested for its absorption under different concentrations and sections of small intestine using rat body reflow method. Results The absorption rate of huperzine A in various parts of the intestine increased sequentially in the duodenum, jejunum, ileum and colon. The absorption rate constants were 0.070 7,0.097 6,0.102,0.124 9 h-1. Conclusions Huperzine A exhibits a first-order kinetic characteristic in intestinal absorption, and its absorption mechanism is passive diffusion.
