为探讨中药开心胶囊Ⅱ号抗心肌缺血的作用机制 ,通过垂体后叶素 (pit)造成大鼠心肌缺血模型 ,观察开心胶囊Ⅱ号不同剂量对心肌缺血大鼠的防治作用 ,并与肠溶阿斯匹林作阳性对照 ,结果开心胶囊Ⅱ号高剂量组可明显改善pit引起的心肌缺血 ,提高pit性心肌缺血大鼠 6 -Keto -PGF1α的含量 ,与模型组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 ) ;中、高剂量组可抑制pit性心肌缺血大鼠TXB2 含量的增加及血小板聚集率增加 ,与模型组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 ) ,推测开心胶囊Ⅱ号可能通过降低血小板聚集 ,改善TXB2 / 6 -Keto -PGF1α的失衡 ,从而起到防治心肌缺血的作用。
In order to investigate the mechanism of anti-myocardial ischemia induced by traditional Chinese medicine Kaixin capsule II, the myocardial ischemia model was induced by pituitrin (pit) in rats. The preventive and therapeutic effects of different doses of Kaixin capsule II on myocardial ischemia in rats were observed. Enteric-coated aspirin was used as a positive control. Results: Kaixin Capsule II high-dose group can significantly improve the myocardial ischemia induced by pit and increase the content of 6-Keto-PGF1α in pit-induced myocardial ischemia rats. Significant (P <0 01); The TXB2 content and the platelet aggregation rate in the rats with pit-induced myocardial ischemia were inhibited by the medium and high dose groups, which was significantly different from the model group (P <0). 0 1 ), speculated that Kaixin capsule II may reduce the platelet aggregation, improve the imbalance of TXB2 / 6-Keto-PGF1α, and thus play a role in prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia.
