应用含有大麦细胞质小麦细胞核的核质杂种与普通小麦不同品种进行正、反交,观察杂种后代的结实性变化和抗白粉病性的表现,从而研究了大麦细胞质对普通小麦性状、特性表现的遗传效应。试验结果表明,大麦细胞质使杂种的育性有不同程度的降低,但不同品种之间有一定差异;同时观察到大麦细胞质对杂种后代的抗病性有所提高,但不同品种表现不一。
