聚丙烯纤维掺入水泥稳定碎石中可以有效地减小水泥稳定碎石的收缩,增强水泥稳定碎石基层的抗裂性能,具有广阔的应用前景。但就目前而言,聚丙烯短纤维水泥稳定碎石基层在我国国内的路面结构中尚无应用,对于其在公路工程实际建设当中的技术性能和施工方式等特性还需要通过铺筑试验路段进行进一步研究,以积累工程实践经验和数据资料。为此,笔者在叶集至信阳高速公路铺筑了两段试验路段,其中一段为普通水泥稳定碎石基层,另一段为同配合比的聚丙烯纤维水泥稳定碎石基层。在试验路段铺筑完成后,对试验路段进行了跟踪观测,并对两段对比试验路的裂缝观测结果进行了对比。

For this reason, I paved two test sections from Yeji to Xinyang Expressway, of which one section was ordinary cement stabilized macadam base and the other section was polypropylene fiber cement stabilized macadam base with the same ratio. After paving of the test section, the observation of the test section was carried out. The comparison of the fracture observation results of the two sections was made.
