目的通过对我院门诊老年患者使用高危药品的处方进行点评研究,为门诊老年患者使用高危药品的处方点评方法提供参考,促进合理用药。方法通过对门诊老年患者高危药品处方的数量及金额分布情况进行统计,并对高危药品金额进行排序,分析门诊老年患者高危药品使用特点,确定点评目录;根据《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》,并结合各类高危药品的使用情况和老年人的生理特点,建立门诊老年患者使用高危药品的处方点评技术规范,并对重点品种进行实证点评。结果我院老年患者比例较高,同时老年患者单张处方金额也较高,说明老年患者用药更为复杂。通过对高危药品点评目录进行分析,列出了门诊需重点点评的高危药品品种,并通过对重点品种的实证点评,发现不合理处方比例较高,但存在的问题各有不同。结论对老年患者使用的高危药品进行处方点评,建立门诊老年患者高危药品处方点评技术规范,将成为预防和减少老年患者药源性疾病的重要措施,对于提高临床用药的有效性和安全性具有重要意义。
Objective To review the prescriptions of high-risk drugs used in outpatients in our hospital and provide references for prescription review methods of using high-risk drugs in elderly patients in outpatients to promote rational drug use. Methods According to statistics of the number and distribution of high-risk prescriptions in elderly patients in outpatients, we sorted the amounts of high-risk drugs, analyzed the characteristics of high-risk drugs in outpatients with high risk, and determined the catalogs of reviews. According to the norms of " , And combined with the use of various types of high-risk drugs and the physiological characteristics of the elderly to establish out-patient elderly patients with high-risk prescription prescription reviews technical specifications, and empirically review the key species. The results of our hospital a higher proportion of elderly patients, at the same time the amount of prescriptions for elderly patients is also higher, indicating that the elderly patients medication more complicated. By analyzing the catalog of high-risk drug reviews, lists the high-risk drug varieties to be critically reviewed in outpatients, and found that the proportion of unreasonable prescriptions is higher, but the problems are different. Conclusion The prescription reviews of high-risk drugs used in elderly patients and establishment of technical specifications for prescription reviews of high-risk drugs in elderly patients in outpatients will be important measures to prevent and reduce drug-induced diseases in elderly patients and are important for improving the effectiveness and safety of clinical medication significance.
