目的:探索淫羊藿女贞子配伍对哮喘模型大鼠激素撤停阶段下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴及骨代谢的影响。方法:比较各组血清皮质醇(COR),及骨钙素(BGP),血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH),下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)含量的差异。结果:与激素干预哮喘模型组比较,淫羊藿女贞子合激素干预Ⅰ,Ⅱ组血浆ACTH含量显著降低,下丘脑CRH含量无明显差异;淫羊藿女贞子合激素干预Ⅱ组血清BGP,COR含量显著升高。结论:淫羊藿女贞子对激素干预哮喘模型有改善糖皮质激素(GC)类药物对内源性GC的抑制作用,改善骨代谢。
Objective: To explore the effects of Epimedium sagittarius compatibility on hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis and bone metabolism during the withdrawal phase of asthma in asthmatic model rats. Methods: The levels of serum cortisol (COR), BGP, ACTH and Hypothalamic Corticotropin Releasing Hormone (CRH) in each group were compared. Results: Compared with the hormone-intervention asthma model group, the ACTH content in the plasma of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ of Epimedium lignans significantly decreased, while there was no significant difference of the content of CRH in the hypothalamus. Serum BGP , COR content increased significantly. Conclusion: Epimedium Ligustrum lucidum can improve the metabolism of glucocorticoids (GC) to the endogenous GC in asthmatic model induced by hormones.
