2014年,泛海控股成功收购大股东旗下优质资产——民生证券72.999%股权,成功控股民生证券;参与增资大股东旗下信托平台——民生信托,间接持有民生信托25%股权。2015年,泛海控股通过收购香港上市公司时富金融服务集团有限公司40.71%股权,成功铸造境内外双券商平台;出资不多于17.85亿元收购民安财产保险有限公司部分股权,成功进军保险业领域。
In 2014, Asia Standard successfully acquired 72.999% equity of Minsheng Securities, a quality asset of its major shareholder, and successfully controlled Minsheng Securities. It also participated in Minsheng Trust, a trust of its major shareholder, and indirectly held 25% equity interest in Minsheng Trust. In 2015, Asia Standard successfully cast a domestic and overseas dual brokerage platform through the acquisition of a 40.71% stake in Hong Kong-listed Financial Services Group Co., Ltd. It successfully acquired part of the equity interests of Min’an Property Insurance Co., Ltd. with a capital contribution of not more than RMB1.885 billion Industry area.
