依托铜黄高速公路罗圈梁隧道混凝土道面纹理改造工程,对刻槽、骨料粘结、薄层罩面等改造方案进行了经济技术分析,确定并实施了刻槽方案。在此基础上,检测了隧道混凝土道面刻槽前后的抗滑性与噪声,并统计了纹理改善前后的交通事故率。结果表明:在恰当的时机选择合理的混凝土道面纹理改善措施,有助于提高混凝土道面的抗滑性,降低其噪声。
Relying on the reconstruction of the concrete pavement texture in Luoqunliang tunnel of Tong - Huang Expressway, the economic and technical analysis of the reconstruction schemes such as groove, aggregate bonding and thin overlay was carried out, and the groove plan was determined and implemented. On this basis, the skid resistance and noise of tunnel concrete pavement before and after the groove were inspected, and the traffic accidents before and after the improvement of the texture were calculated. The results show that choosing appropriate concrete pavement texture improvement measures at the right time can improve the skid resistance of concrete pavement and reduce its noise.
