在近几年的后勤工作中,我们按照总后洪部长提出的“两少两好”的口号,结合本单位的实际情况,在加强各项后勤工作的改革,提高经济效益方面取得了明显成效。尤其在生产经营中,广开了财源,增加了收益,弥补了军费的不足,为落实“斤半加四两”提供了物质基础。但最近我们通过回顾自身近几年的工作和下部队调查研究,发现在落实“两少两好”方面还有很大差距,突出的是对增产比较注重,对节约有所忽略,对增收比较注重,对节支认识不足。究其原因,主要是不能用军事经济理论指导后勤工作,把提高经济效益的着眼点主要放到了增产和直接收益上,没有把减少浪费和提高效益看成是一个问题的两个方面。实际上,我们做后勤工作在很大程度上
