今年十月随“混凝土施工技术和建筑节能考察团”去南斯拉夫考察,在考察建筑节能中了解到一些南斯拉夫的供热情况,现仅以在南斯拉夫供热技术较为先进的诺维萨德市为例作一个介绍。 南斯拉夫有六个自治共和国和两个自治省,诺维萨德市是沃依沃地那自治省的首府,位于塞尔维亚自治共和国内。全市面积250平方公里,人口19万。目前每人平均住房面积18平方米,每户平均3.5人,每户平均住房面积为60m~2,全市有近6万户住宅。今后人口要再增加15万,每人平均住房面积增到20平方米。
