通过改变送粉激光熔覆过程中的扫描速度、送粉速率、基体预热温度等工艺参数,获得了单道激光熔覆层。探讨了工艺参数对熔覆层组织、性能的影响规律。提出了“用熔覆层横断面熔合界面附近的硬度分布曲线上的拐点连线表示熔覆层稀释范围”的新方法,方便了研究熔合界面问题和控制稀释率、稀释范围及熔覆层的组织性能
By changing the scanning speed, the powder feeding rate and the substrate preheating temperature during the powder cladding laser cladding process, a single laser cladding layer was obtained.
