为了更好地保护好、利用好这些生动、形象的特殊载体档案,我们更要提高这方面的认识。但对于声像档案的保存和管理,仍然存在许多认识上和做法上的误区。特别是企事业单位声像资料的保管和利用存在许多问题。经笔者调查发现,企业声像档案的管理普遍存在着归档不完整、保管条件差、管理混乱等问题,直接影响了档案的完整和声像档案的保管及利用。声像档案管理严重滞后于档案工作的整体发展水平,已到了不得不管的程度。
