中国机械工程学会1992年各省、自治区、直辖市机械工程学会秘书长工作会议于年3月24～30日在云南昆明召开,除海南省因刚成立机械工程学会未派代表参加会议外,其他的29个省、自治区、直辖的机械工程学会都派代表参加了会议。会议讨论了《中国机械工程学会工作总部工作条例(修改讨论稿)》、《中国机械工程学会外事工作条例(讨论稿)》、《中国机械工程学会外籍会员管理办法(讨论稿)》、《关于机械工程学会系统学会活动信息交流的办法(讨论稿)》等6个文件。一些地方机械工程学会的代表在会上就如何搞好学会工作交流
Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society In 1992, the working meeting of secretary-general of Mechanical Engineering Society of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government was held in Kunming, Yunnan from March 24 to March 30, except that Hainan Province did not send a representative to Mechanical Engineering Society to attend the meeting. The meeting discussed “Working Regulations of China Mechanical Engineering Institute Working Group (Revision of Discussion Paper)”, “Rules of Foreign Affairs of China Mechanical Engineering Society (Discussion Paper)”, “Rules of Management of Foreign Members of China Mechanical Engineering Society (Discussion Paper)”, Mechanical Engineering Society of Systems Information Exchange activities (discussion draft) "and other six documents.
