目的 :研究阴茎癌中 p5 3表达与HPVDNA感染的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化技术LSAB法检测 33例阴茎癌 p5 3表达及PCR技术检测HPV16、18DNA。结果 :33例阴茎癌中 ,p5 3阳性表达率 5 1 5 % (17/ 33) ;HPV16DNA阳性率 30 3% (10 /33) ;HPV18DNA阳性率 3 0 3% (1/ 33)。结论 :阴茎癌中p5 3表达表明 p5 3突变在阴茎癌发生中有一定意义。阴茎癌发生与HPV16和 18型感染有关
Objective: To study the relationship between p5 3 expression and HPVDNA infection in penile cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of p5 3 in 33 cases of penile cancer by LSAB method and HPV16,18 DNA by PCR. Results: The positive expression rate of p5 3 was 51.5% (17/33) in 33 cases of penile cancer. The positive rate of HPV16 DNA was 30 3% (10/33). The positive rate of HPV18 DNA was 33 0% (1/33). Conclusion: The expression of p5 3 in penile cancer indicates that p5 3 mutation has some significance in the development of penile cancer. Penile cancer is associated with HPV type 16 and 18 infections
