目的:对SYSMEX XS 1000i与MEK 7222K血细胞分析仪的批内精密度和携带污染率进行评估,并探讨两者检测结果的可比性。方法:对两台仪器的批内精密度和携带污染率进行评估。每天选取高、中、低值患者样本8例,连续5 d在SYSMEX XS 1000i与MEK 7222K检测白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞比积(HCT)和血小板(PLT)的结果,根据直线回归方程和相关系数评价两台仪器检测结果的可比性。结果:两台仪器的批内精密度和携带污染率均符合要求,两者检测的各参数结果之间相关性良好,相对偏差在允许范围内,具有可比性。结论:两台仪器的批内精密度和携带污染率均符合行业规定的要求,结果一致,可以用于临床检测。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the intra-assay precision and carry-over rate of SYSMEX XS 1000i and MEK 7222K hematology analyzers, and to explore the comparability of the two test results. Methods: Intra-assay precision and carryover contamination rates of two instruments were evaluated. Eight samples of high, middle and low value patients were selected every day. WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT and PLT were detected on SYSMEX XS 1000i and MEK 7222K for 5 days. The linear regression equation and the correlation coefficient were used to evaluate the comparability of the two instruments. Results: The intra-assay precision and carry-on rate of both instruments met the requirements. The correlation between the two parameters was good and the relative deviation was within the allowable range. Conclusion: The intra-batch precision and carry-on rate of the two instruments are in line with the requirements of the industry regulations and the results are consistent and can be used for clinical testing.
