目的为了解安钢企业建筑工地食堂卫生状况,更加科学规范化管理该行业。方法对安钢48家建筑工地食堂的卫生管理及基本卫生设施情况进行普查。结果建筑工地食堂的卫生状况不容乐观,在管理上存在许多问题,管理不到位,领导重视程度不够,制度不健全,措施不落实,硬件不完善,甚至无证经营;食堂设施较简陋,操作间不密闭,多数食堂三防设施(防蝇、防尘、防鼠)不到位;食堂从业人员食品卫生知识和安全防范意识相对较差。结论针对建筑工地食堂中突出的卫生问题,提出了一系列行之有效的措施,使企业建筑工地食堂卫生状况有了很大改观,卫生管理逐渐走向科学化、规范化的管理轨道。
Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of canteens in construction site of Anyang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., and to standardize the management of the industry in a more scientific and standardized way. Methods The health management and basic sanitation of canteens at 48 construction sites in Anyang Iron and Steel Works were surveyed. Results The health status of canteens in construction sites was not optimistic. There were many problems in management, such as inadequate management, inadequate leadership, inadequate systems, incomplete implementation of hardware and even undocumented operations. The canteen facilities were rather shabby. Not closed, most canteens three anti-facility (anti-flies, dust, rodent) is not in place; canteens practitioners food hygiene and safety awareness is relatively poor. Conclusions Aiming at the outstanding health problem in the canteen of construction site, a series of effective measures have been put forward to make the health condition of the canteen in the construction site greatly improved, and the health management has gradually moved towards a scientific and standardized management track.
