由于纪检监察工作的中心职责就是对企业进行监督,是惩治与预防企业的腐败最关键的环节之一。加强我国企业的纪检监察工作是开展我国反腐倡廉工作与开展党风党纪廉政建设的核心组成部分。企业应该着重强化纪检部门的监督职能和监督作用,提升企业的反腐倡廉水平,使每一位员工都深刻认识到纪检监察工作的重要性,尤其是纪检部门要深化对于本项工作的具体思想认识,抓住监督工作的重点,强化企业的运作机制,努力提升企业纪检监督工作的水平,企业只有做好了以上四个方面的工作,才可以保证纪检监督工作的实效性。在企业迅速发展的现代,如何能够加强我国企业的纪检工作是目前需要解决的重点和难点。
