植酸盐水解制取的肌醇,是维生素B族之一,有良好的生理与保健作用。为了提升植酸盐的水解率,选用脱脂米糠为原料,引入离子交换技术吸附植酸,再用烧碱做洗脱剂,可以得到较多的植酸钠。通过单因素与正交试验,优化了植酸纳提取肌醇的水解工艺条件。正交试验以吸附液流速、洗脱液流速和洗脱液浓度为因子,结果显示,提取的最佳条件是吸附液流速1 mL/min,洗脱液流速2 mL/min,洗脱液浓度5.5%的NaOH溶液。
Inositol phytic acid prepared by hydrolysis, is one of the B vitamins, have a good physiological and health effects. In order to improve the hydrolysis rate of phytate, defatted rice bran is selected as the raw material, ion exchange technology is introduced to adsorb phytic acid, and then caustic soda is used as eluent to obtain more sodium phytate. Through single factor and orthogonal experiment, we optimized the hydrolysis conditions of phytase isolated from phytate. The results of orthogonal test showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction were as follows: the flow rate of the adsorption solution was 1 mL / min, the flow rate of the eluent was 2 mL / min, the concentration of the eluent 5.5% NaOH solution.
