This article discusses the development of human resource management and its contribution to the strengthening of state institutions. It analyzes leading practices and frontiers in human resource management practices and research. Rapid development of human resources management is reflected in matching personnel and organizational performance, promoting decentralization, international project management and blocking training. Numerous studies have also shown concern for asylum and anti-corruption.
