安妥(Alpha-naphthylthiourea,简称ANTU)是国内常用的杀鼠药,对我国的习见鼠种有强大的毒杀效力。该化合物的毒性虽低,如不控制使用,仍可引起中毒。许多学者曾进行安妥的解毒研究,但未找出有效的药物。本实验室在试验另一杀鼠药——普鲁米特(Promurit,化学名对-氯苯重氮硫脲钠)时,发现硫脲亦可有效地对抗安妥的急性毒,且较目前所知的解毒药为佳。因安妥系硫脲的衍生物,依据竞争性拮抗的学说,不仅可提供理论方面的探讨,亦具有实际应用的价值。本实验室除测定硫脲对于安妥死亡率的影响外,并观察其他硫脲衍生物等的解毒作用。
Alpha-naphthylthiourea (referred to as ANTU) is a commonly used domestic anti-rodent drugs, the rat of our country has a strong poisonous killing effect. The toxicity of the compound is low, if not controlled, can still cause poisoning. Many scholars have conducted a safe detoxification study, but did not find a valid drug.
