汉江流域规划的水利计算工作,是在苏联专家指导下,结合学习黄河流域规划中的有关经验而进行的,经同志们较长期的研究,已在去年基本完成。由于本流域的自然条件及水利资源的综合利用上的问题都是很复杂,因而需要研究的方案很多,同时在工作进行中还由于许多设计条件只是有个初步研究的范围,一时尚不能确定某一定值,这就使计算的工作量更为庞大,在这种情况下,为了适应工作的需要,计算中采用了一些简捷的亦法,以减少工作量。我们在计算过程中,除研究了河流梯级开发各方案外,对于开发汉江具有关键性的丹江口水库及有比较价值或可能同时存在的碾盘山水库,曾化了较多的工作量,后来虽然证明采用丹江口较高的正常高水位 The calculation of water conservancy works in the Hanjiang River Basin was carried out under the guidance of Soviet experts and in combination with the relevant experiences in studying the planning of the Yellow River Basin.
