崇尚个性是当代教育的一个重要话题。当今的新课程改革强调在全面发展基础上培育学生的个性,已形成一种共识。但与此同时,我们是否关注到教师的个性?是否意识到教师的个性解放与学生个性发展的依存关系呢?在我看来,“个性”是一个中性词。现实生活中,如果说某个人很“个性”就会引发两种理解:或是贬义,指其固执、偏激或狂妄;或是褒义,赞赏此人执着、有主见,不随波逐流。教师的个性是专业共性与自身个性相结合的产物,其专业共性指因其专业之要求
To advocate individuality is an important topic of contemporary education. Today’s new curriculum reform emphasizes that cultivating students’ personality based on the all-round development has formed a consensus. However, at the same time, are we concerned about the teacher’s personality? Are we aware of the dependence of teachers’ personality liberation on the individual personality development? In my opinion, “personality” is a neutral word. In real life, if a person is very “personal” will lead to two kinds of understanding: either derogatory, refers to stubborn, extreme or arrogant; or compliment, admire the person persistent, assertive, not drift. Teacher’s personality is a combination of professional commonality and one’s own personality, its professional common refers to its professional requirements
