COPD 患者常存在动态肺过度充气(Dynamichyperinflation),在机械通气撤机过程中,已提倡通过应用连续气道正压(CPAP)或呼气末正压(PEEP)对吸气肌施加影响,从而减小动态肺过度充气的负荷。但此法的效果及其对呼吸系统力学的作用并未完全清楚。本研究旨在检查呼吸衰竭行机械通气者,以外加PEEP 的方式给予呼气负荷后对肺容量和呼气流速的影响.
Oftentimes, patients with COPD have dynamic hyperinflation, which has been advocated by applying continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) to the inspiratory muscle during mechanical ventilator- Small dynamic lungs over-inflated load. However, the effect of this method and its effects on the mechanics of the respiratory system are not fully understood. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of ventilator-induced ventilator failure on pulmonary volume and expiratory flow rate after expiratory loading with PEEP.
