目的:了解公众对食品营养与食品健康知识、态度、行为的认知现状。方法:随机选取我市150名居民为调查对象,对其进行问卷调查,对调查结果采用SPSS19.0统计学软件进行分析。结果:在参与调查的150人中,对食品营养与食品健康认知达到合格的有71位,合格率为47.3%;文化程度越高的居民对食品营养与食品健康知识认知的合格率越高,差异显著(P<0.05);女性比男性合格率要高[74.7%vs20.0%],差异显著(P<0.05)。居民日常食品营养与食品健康行为的合格率为64.0%,对食品营养与食品健康的态度合格率为74.7%。结论:公众食品营养与食品健康现状不容乐观,我们应加大对食品营养与食品健康的宣传教育工作,提高公众健康意识,提升公众生活水平。
Objectives: To understand the public’s current knowledge of food nutrition and food health knowledge, attitude and behavior. Methods: A total of 150 residents in our city were randomly selected as the survey subjects. Questionnaires were conducted and the results were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. Results: Of the 150 participants who participated in the survey, 71 were qualified for the understanding of food nutrition and food health, with a pass rate of 47.3%. The higher the pass rate of residents with higher education level, the higher the perceived pass rate of food nutrition and food health (P <0.05). The passing rate of female was higher than that of male [74.7% vs20.0%], the difference was significant (P <0.05). The pass rate of residents’ routine food nutrition and food health behavior was 64.0%, and the pass rate of food nutrition and food health was 74.7%. Conclusion: The status quo of public food nutrition and food health is not optimistic. We should step up publicity and education on food nutrition and food health, raise public awareness of health and enhance public life.
