前言长期以来,国内大中型柴油机气缸套(指缸径φ200~400)大都采用干模砂型、加大冒口、顶注雨淋、顺序凝固铸造工艺。这种工艺劳动强度大、效率低、金属利用率低,而且质量很不稳定。我们从六六年以来,逐步开展对船用柴油机缸套离心铸造试验研究工作。在学习分析国内外离心浇注气缸套工艺基础上,未采取当时国内外通用的金属型挂涂料工艺,而是根据大型缸套结晶冷凝特性,研制成了别具一格的“外水冷,薄砂衬、组芯法,一模多浇异型构件”,综合工艺。
Foreword For a long time, the domestic large and medium-sized diesel cylinder liner (refers to the diameter of φ200 ~ 400) mostly dry sand mold, increase riser, top note rain, the order of solidification casting process. This process is labor intensive, inefficient, has low metal utilization, and is very unstable in quality. Since 1960, we have gradually carried out experimental research on centrifugal casting of marine diesel cylinder liner. Based on the study and analysis of centrifugal casting cylinder liner technology both at home and abroad, we did not take the common metal-based coating technology at home and abroad but developed a unique “ Core method, a model pouring more shaped components ”, integrated process.
