随着我国海洋旅游项目开发工作的不断推进,海洋资源也随之大量消减,在发展海洋旅游事业的进程中,不愿看到“当资源耗竭之时,也是海洋旅游项目的终止之日”这种情况的发生。因此,要本着资源可持续发展的原则来开发海洋旅游项目,极力发展海洋旅游事业的“生态性”、“资源持续性”特征。只有这样,才能更好地推进我国经济的良性增长,维系资源的可持续利用。本文就以资源可持续发展视角来看我国海洋旅游项目的进展状况,以及在项目实施过程中所发现的问题,并提出具体的改革策略,以期为实践提供有益的借鉴。
With the continuous development of China’s marine tourism project, the marine resources also will be greatly reduced. In the course of developing the marine tourism industry, they are reluctant to see “when the resources are exhausted, but also the termination date of the marine tourism project ”This happens. Therefore, we must develop marine tourism projects based on the principle of sustainable development of resources and strive to develop the characteristics of “ecological” and “resource sustainability” of marine tourism. Only in this way will we be able to better promote the healthy growth of our economy and maintain the sustainable use of resources. In this paper, the status quo of marine tourism projects in our country and the problems found during the implementation of the project are put forward from the perspective of sustainable development of resources, and specific reform strategies are put forward in order to provide useful reference for practice.
