一能否在中小学中开设一门学语文的课程?这门“学语文”的课程与现行的语文课应有明显的区别。(一)课程预设凸显学,而非教。课程预设是指课程实施前对课程几个层级的设定:一是对课程性质、地位、理念的解说和对课程目标的设定、内容的划定及对课程实施的建议、要求等,目前主要体现在新“课标”中,二是对课程内容的具体选定,主要指课本,三是阶段性的执行计划,即学年或学期课程进度。这三层设定如何做到凸显学?第一层应有学的理念,即让人明白,这门课程主要是靠学生学,而非主要靠老师教。显然,新“课标”不能让人有这种明白,因而,要开设“学语文”的课程,“课标”应有所修改,应有明确的“学语文”的理念表达。第二层应有学的内容,即要编一套主要供学生读、背、感悟及摄取有关知识的课本,而非主要是供老师教的“教
