试样以磷、硫、高氯酸溶解并冒烟氧化锰铬钒,在尿素存在下用亚硝酸钠还原被氧化的Mn~(3+),然后用亚铁标液滴定(Cr+V)合量,在滴定后的溶液中增大酸度,用过硫酸铵氧化测定V,经过反复实践,方法快速、准确性和重现性均好,结果(见表4)满意。分析方法一主要试剂溶解酸:在40毫升水中加入高氯酸100毫升硫酸30毫升、磷酸30毫升、混匀。
