居住区建筑是使用功能与景观功能的结合体,植物有其生长发育的规律,是有生命的客体,具有自然美。在景观设计中,建筑与植物搭配处理得当,会相辅相成、相得益彰。季节的变幻使居住区建筑物与植物配置产生时间感和空间感,建筑物的位置和形态虽不变,但植物会随着季节的交替出现形态和色彩的相应变化,丰富了居住区的环境景观,同时加强居住区建筑的特点。文章探讨了我国寒地城市植物景观与建筑的关联性,以期对我国北方寒地城市的景观生态化研究提供一些借鉴。
