目的探讨白介素-4(IL-4)基因启动子区-590C/T位点单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与肺结核病的关系。方法采用序列特异性引物PCR(PCR-SSP)及测序技术检测深圳地区汉族人群肺结核患者194例及健康对照者195例IL-4启动子区-590C/T位点基因多态性。采用直接计数法计算各组基因型频率及等位基因频率,并进行χ2检验。以P<0.05为具有统计学意义。结果两组人群IL-4启动子区-590C/T位点基因型及等位基因分布频率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 IL-4基因启动子区-590C/T位点基因多态性与中国汉族人群肺结核病易感性无关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between -590C / T SNP and pulmonary tuberculosis in interleukin-4 (IL-4) gene promoter region. Methods Polymorphisms of IL-4 promoter -590C / T at 194 loci in Han population of Shenzhen and 195 healthy controls were detected by PCR-SSP and sequencing. The direct counting method was used to calculate genotype frequency and allele frequency in each group and chi-square test was performed. P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequency between the -590C / T locus and IL-4 promoter in both groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The polymorphism of -590C / T locus in IL-4 gene promoter is unrelated to susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis in Chinese Han population.
