应用二维超声心动图及彩色多普勒血流显像技术对112例室间隔缺损病例进行定位诊断和缺损孔大小定量并与手术所见对照分析。结果表明,超声心动图对室缺的正确定位诊断有赖于对超声切面的选择,以及辨认室缺与心内特征性解剖结构的空间位置关系;二维超声心动图对小室缺孔径测量存在低估,对较大室缺孔径测量较为准确;彩色多普勒血流显像对小室缺孔径测值存在高估而对大室缺孔径测值则低估。
Application of two-dimensional echocardiography and color Doppler flow imaging in 112 cases of ventricular septal defect location diagnosis and defect size of the hole quantitative analysis and surgical findings. The results show that the echocardiographic diagnosis of ventricular septal defect depends on the choice of ultrasound section, as well as the spatial relationship between ventricular septum and the characteristic anatomy of the heart; two-dimensional echocardiography has an underestimation of ruptured aperture, The measurement of missing aperture in larger compartment is more accurate. Color Doppler flow imaging has an overestimation of the missing cell pore size and underestimation of the missing cell pore size.
