思想政治教育主体每天都要对客体的一贯行为表现和特殊行为表现作出评价,及时地给予表扬或中肯的批评,以促使其健康成长。但经常事与愿违,要么导致思想政治教育的效果不佳,要么挫伤客体的积极性和创造性,甚至严重影响客体健康发展。其主要原因之一,就是教育主体对客体行为原因的判断并非都是正确的,因而不能真正把握客体的思想脉搏,并制定出正确的措施,采取切实可行的步骤,对客体进行有效的教育并引导
