在甘薯生产上,一般利用大田普通混杂株进行剪蔓繁殖。这种方法易导致种性退化,使产量降低。卢龙县石门镇刘庄坨村科技示范户杨占友,在中国科学院遗传研究所以凡教授的启示下,成功地运用了“优、大、速、密”单株繁殖法,既达到了提纯复壮的目的,繁殖系数又高,具有显著的增产效果。其具体作法是: 一、精选优良单株。于早霜前在春薯地里仔细观察地上部长相,选择具有本品种特征特性(叶片心脏形,叶脉紫红色,蔓短而粗,节密,分枝多)的优良单株,然后收取薯块,选纺锤形、结薯集中、无病害、整齐度高、薯皮红色、重量在0.5公斤以上的薯块做留种用。按此法最后入选的共3株。 In the sweet potato production, the general use of Daejeon common hybrid strains cut Man reproduction.
