利用原子力显微镜对镍基Ni-P、Ni-Cu-P及Ni-Cu-P/MoS_2刷镀层生长形貌进行了研究。通过对各镀层生长初期形貌和生长后期形貌观察及形貌参数对,比结果发现:刷镀液中稀土元素的存在可以增加金属沉积时形核数目使核向各方向长大速度接近;稀土改善了镀液微观深镀能力和整平能力。稀土可以消除或减少在扫描电镜下不被发觉的Ni-Cu-P/MoS_2镀层表面的微裂纹。
The growth morphology of nickel-based Ni-P, Ni-Cu-P and Ni-Cu-P / MoS_2 brushes was studied by atomic force microscopy. The results show that: the presence of rare earth elements in the brush bath can increase the number of nucleation when the metal is deposited so that the growth rate of the nuclei in all directions is close to each other; Rare earth to improve the bath deep plating capacity and leveling ability. Rare earths can eliminate or reduce the micro-cracks on the surface of Ni-Cu-P / MoS_2 coating which is undetected by SEM.
