国内外对大蒜的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化物、无机盐、维生素和硫含量进行过分析,但对大蒜进行多种微量元素系统分析的报告尚不多见。本文用直流等离子体(原子发射)光电直读光谱仪(DCP-AES)测定大蒜中26种元素的含量。
