目的 :探讨经术前诱导化疗后舌鳞癌中P -糖蛋白的表达。方法 :采用通用型二步免疫组化法对 2 1例舌鳞癌患者化疗前后共 42份标本进行研究。结果 :在 2 1份化疗前标本中 5例表达P -糖蛋白阳性 ,占 2 3 .81% ,化疗后 2 1份标本中 8例表达阳性 ,占 3 8.0 9% ,两者比较无统计学意义。不同病理分级、临床分期间的P -糖蛋白阳性表达亦无显著性差异。结论 :术前诱导化疗后其残留舌鳞癌细胞的P -糖蛋白表达增高 ,术后最好选择放疗。
Objective: To investigate the expression of P - glycoprotein in tongue squamous cell carcinoma after preoperative chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 42 specimens from 21 patients with TSCC before and after chemotherapy were studied by a universal two-step immunohistochemical method. Results: The positive expression of P - glycoprotein was detected in 5 of 21 samples before chemotherapy, and the positive expression of P - glycoprotein was found in 8 of 21 samples after chemotherapy, accounting for 3 8.09% significance. There was no significant difference in the positive expression of P - glycoprotein in different pathological grades and clinical stages. Conclusion: The expression of P - glycoprotein in residual tongue squamous cell carcinoma after chemotherapy is increased preoperatively and radiotherapy is the best choice after operation.
