党中央去年9月召开的工作会议明确指出,要把搞好国营大中型企业作为坚持社会主义道路的一件大事,摆到突出位置上来,集中精力抓下去。如何搞好国营大中型企业,其根本点就是适应社会主义有计划商品经济发展的要求,从宏观与微观的结合上促进企业经营机制的转换。这是增强国营大中型企业活力和提高经济效益的出路所在。为了贯彻会议精神,转换企业经营机制,我们特邀请几位同志笔谈,以期抛砖引玉。
