为了总结老年高血压脑出血患者手术治疗特点和预防措施，本文对４４例患者进行了分析探讨。结果：治愈２３例，好转９例，病情危重自动出院７例，死亡５例，术后高热１１例，手术切口迟缓愈合９例。结果显示，部分老年脑出血患者出血量虽在６０ｍｌ以上，术前脑疝形成，正确掌握手术适应证６ｈ内手术，仍能治愈。老年患者脑出血易破入脑室、进入昏迷时间提前、术后苏醒时间推迟、切口愈合时间延长，均与血管硬化器官细胞老化、自身调节机制差、机体蛋白质含量下降有关。规律服药稳定血压，避免精神刺激和劳累，提高自我调节能力保持情绪稳定，不因自我感觉良好中断治疗是预防脑出血的有效措施。
In order to summarize the surgical treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage characteristics and preventive measures, this article 44 patients were analyzed. Results: 23 cases were cured, 9 cases improved, 7 cases were discharged automatically in critically ill condition, 5 cases died, 11 cases were postoperative fever, and 9 cases were delayed healing after operation incision. The results show that although some elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage bleeding in more than 60ml, the formation of preoperative hernia, correct grasp of surgical indications within 6h surgery can still be cured. Elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage easily broken into the ventricle, into the coma time ahead of the postoperative recovery time postponed, incision healing time, both with vascular sclerosis organ cells aging, poor self-regulation mechanism, the body protein content decreased. Regular medication to stabilize blood pressure, to avoid mental stimulation and fatigue, improve self-regulation ability to maintain emotional stability, do not feel good because of self-interruption treatment is an effective measure to prevent cerebral hemorrhage.
