The Doppler echoes of scatter points of maneuvering targets usually appear as chirp signals after motion compensation.The proposed method is extended to Relax algorithm to obtain super-resolution estimation of FM signal parameters and applied to three-dimensional imaging of maneuvering target monopulse radar. The image effect is superior to the imaging result based on the demodulation frequency method
