盐酸鲁拉西酮是一种新型的抗精神病药物。归纳了该原料药的合成方法,根据起始原料的光学纯度、中间体的不同可将合成路线分为三大类,并且对这三类方法进行了比较分析,总结出各自的优缺点,从而为该原料药的制备研究提供参考。
Ludocetin Hydrochloride is a new antipsychotic drug. According to the optical purity and intermediates, the synthetic route can be divided into three categories according to the optical purity of the starting materials and the comparative analysis of these three methods to summarize their advantages and disadvantages. This study provides a reference for the preparation of this drug substance.
