由于自锚式悬索桥主梁需在主缆架设之前先连续为整体再支承于支架上,其吊杆的安装和张拉成为自锚式悬索桥施工控制的一个特点和难点。本文通过对吊杆张拉方法的研究,以及对洛阳市开拓大道跨伊河大桥吊杆张拉控制条件的分析,制定了基于无应力状态法的吊杆张拉方案。吊杆张拉采用无应力吊杆长度调整法,将复杂的非线性问题转化为了简单的吊杆无应力长度调整问题。本吊杆张拉方案不但精确实现了设计吊杆力,且施工周期短,施工投入小,施工控制容易。可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Since the main girder of the self-anchored suspension bridge needs to be continuously and integrally supported on the supporter before the main cable is erected, the installation and tensioning of the suspension rod have become a characteristic and difficulty of the construction control of the self-anchored suspension bridge. In this paper, through the study of boom tensioning method and the analysis of the control conditions of boom pullover of Luyi Avenue in Luoyang City, a suspension tensioning scheme based on no-stress state method is developed. Suspension rod tension using non-stress boom length adjustment method, the complex non-linear problems into a simple boom stress-free length adjustment. The boom tension program not only accurately designed boom force, and the construction period is short, the construction input is small, construction control is easy. Can provide reference for similar projects.
