本实验研究了饲料中牛奶对于断奶雄性Wistar大鼠经口摄入铅毒性的影响。实验分为实验1和实验2。所有饲料均含等量的蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁和维生素D。实验分三个组,每组大鼠20只,分别喂饲大豆蛋白、牛奶和乳糖水解牛奶。各组大鼠有半数喂饲每克饲料含有20μg铅(醋酸铅)的饲料。喂铅8周后,大鼠作铅毒性的生化检验和组织铅含量测定。所有喂饲加铅饲料大鼠的骨、脑、血、肾和肝的铅含量均高于无铅饲料组大鼠,上述组织铅含量在牛奶加铅饲料组大鼠中增加更显著(统计学处理有显著性差异)。同时喂铅和用水解法去除了乳糖的牛奶的大鼠组织铅含量与含铅大豆饲料组大鼠相似。
The present study investigated the effect of feed milk on lead toxicity in weanling male Wistar rats. The experiment is divided into experiment 1 and experiment 2. All feeds contain equal amounts of protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamin D. The experiment was divided into three groups, 20 rats in each group, respectively fed soy protein, milk and lactose hydrolyzed milk. Half of rats in each group were fed diets containing 20 μg of lead (lead acetate) per gram of feed. After 8 weeks of feeding, rats were biochemically tested for lead toxicity and determined for lead content in tissues. The lead content of bone, brain, blood, kidney and liver of all the rats fed with lead diet was higher than that of the lead-free diet, and the lead content in the above-mentioned tissues increased more significantly in the milk plus lead diet group (statistics Treatment was significant difference). Rats fed lead and hydrolysed milk with lactose had similar lead levels to those in the lead-containing soy diet group.
