根据农林部指示,为了加强松干蚧的科学研究工作,由山东、辽宁、浙江,江苏等省组成松干蚧科技协作组,并由山东省主持协作工作。为了保证协作任务的顺利完成,经一九七五年十一月在江苏召开的全国松干蚧科技协作组会议协商,制定以下协作制度,希各参加协作单位认真执行。 一、科技协作工作应以阶级斗争为纲,认真贯彻农业学大寨的精神,发扬共产主义风格,坚持自力更生,艰苦奋斗的方针,努力搞好协作工作。 二、协作组成员之间,应经常取得联系。对研究内容要各有侧重,突出重点,分工协作,互通情报,互相学习,共同提高,力争短期内在防治技术上有所突破。 三、协作会议一至二年举行一次,主要总结科研成果,交流防治工作经验,展开学术讨论,协商拟定协作计划,修订协作制度,制订修改防治松干蚧技术意见。协作会议以后,由协作组主持单位以书面材料报农林部及中国农林科学院,在每一次协作会议上
