华南国际港航服务中心项目52层主塔楼总高度为242.5m,采用框架-核心筒结构,框架为钢管混凝土柱+混凝土梁,核心筒为局部设置型钢的钢筋混凝土核心筒,楼盖采用现浇混凝土大板结构。文中介绍该工程设计的关键问题,包括结构体系、基础设计、楼盖布置,以及结构计算、典型节点分析与试验等,供设计参考。
The total height of main tower of 52 stories in South China International Harbor Service Center is 242.5m. The frame-core tube structure is adopted. The frame is CFST + concrete beam. The core tube is a reinforced concrete core tube with partially set-up steel. The floor is made of cast-in-place Concrete slab structure. The article describes the key issues of the project design, including the structural system, basic design, floor layout, as well as structural calculations, typical node analysis and testing, for design reference.
