柔性经营是跨国公司运用其遍布世界各地的跨国网络 ,通过跨国境的产品因素和资源的转移在商品市场和金融市场之间的套利的能力。它是一种跨国公司所应该具有的对付环境变化的灵活的经营能力。对于中国这个刚刚跨入国际市场不久的发展中国家来说 ,世界市场不断变化的现状和中国企业的自身实力的事实使中国企业跨国经营战略更需要具备柔性。本文从柔性的含义入手 ,阐述了跨国公司柔性经营的含义 ,接着探讨了柔性程度的问题以及柔性与战略的结合 ,最后论述了柔性经营对中国企业跨国经营战略的启示
Flexible management is the ability of multinational corporations to utilize their multinational networks all over the world to arbitrage between commodity markets and financial markets through the cross-border product factors and the transfer of resources. It is a flexible business capability multinational companies should have to deal with environmental change. For China, a developing country that has just entered the international market, the fact that the world market is constantly changing and the fact that Chinese enterprises themselves are in power makes the transnational business strategy of Chinese enterprises even more flexible. This article begins with the meaning of flexibility, expounds the meaning of transnational corporations' flexible management, discusses the problems of flexibility degree and the combination of flexibility and strategy, and finally expounds the enlightenment of flexible management to the transnational management strategies of Chinese enterprises
