研究过程中,对比了不同调理剂对杏鲍菇产量和商品性的影响关系,并分别采用表层喷施不补水和随水补充的方法来进行生产试验。研究结果表明,菌包培养基的含水量是决定第2潮菇的产量的重要因子,合适的调理剂是获得高产的保证。通过对出过1潮菇的杏鲍菇菌包补充20 mg·L-1的调理剂,可以获得和头潮菇商品性一致的商品菇。添加杏鲍菇专用调理剂的菌包2潮菇的生物学产量可以达到331 g。
In the process of the study, the effects of different conditioners on the yield and commerciality of Pleurotus eryngii were compared, and the production tests were carried out by spraying the surface with no replenishment and with water replenishment.
