随着煤矿采深的不断增加,矿压越来越大,锚索支护得到广泛应用。目前锚索钻机只配备机身,无配套钻架,钻孔时需3~4个人操钻,钻帮孔时需要2个人抬钻机作业,劳动强度高,安全性差,钻孔效率低,成孔质量差。为减轻工人劳动强度,提高作业效率和成孔质量,设计了锚索钻机钻架。1钻架的结构和工作原理钻架由滑道、滑座、卡钻器、钻脚挡板、受力卡环、受力杠和支腿等组成,结构如图1所示。

In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the work efficiency and the quality of the hole, the anchor drill rig has been designed. 1 structure and working principle of the drill rack The drill rack by the slide, slide, drill chuck, drill baffle, force card ring, force bars and legs and other components, the structure shown in Figure 1.
