血栓调节蛋白(Thrombomodulin,TM)是1981年首次由Esmon和Owen确认,并于次年从兔肺中分离和命名的一种膜糖蛋白。近年来,国外一些学者相继发现TM在调控血栓形成和溶解中起重要作用。现综述如下。 1 TM的结构和一般性质 人TM是由554个氨基酸组成的单链糖蛋白,富含二硫键,分子量为75KD,被2-巯基乙醇还原后分子量为105KD,TM分子中含有较高浓度的天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸,分子带负电荷,呈酸性,等电点约为pH4.0,人TM基因位于20号染色体上。TM结构分两部分:一部分是亲水区,它可能暴露在细胞膜
Thrombomodulin (TM) is a type of membrane glycoprotein that was first identified by Esmon and Owen in 1981 and was isolated and named from rabbit lung in the following year. In recent years, some foreign scholars have found that TM plays an important role in the regulation of thrombosis and lysis. Are summarized below. Structure and General Properties of TM Human TM is a single-chain glycoprotein consisting of 554 amino acids. It is rich in disulfide bonds and has a molecular weight of 75KD. After being reduced with 2-mercaptoethanol, its molecular weight is 105KD. The TM molecule contains a high concentration of Aspartic acid and glutamic acid, molecules with negative charge, acidic, isoelectric point of about pH4.0, human TM gene located on chromosome 20. TM structure is divided into two parts: one is the hydrophilic area, which may be exposed on the cell membrane
