目的观察助产士主导镇痛分娩管理模式在产科护理中的应用效果.方法择取我院在2018年6月至2019年5月收治的70例产妇进行研究,将所有产妇随机分成甲组和乙组,每组35例,甲组实施助产士主导镇痛分娩管理模式,乙组实施常规护理,分析两组的分娩方式、分娩疼痛及新生儿情况.结果两组的阴道助产率比较,没有统计学差异(P>0.05),甲组阴道顺产率高于乙组,剖宫产率低于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组在分娩时、分娩后的VAS评分均较乙组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组新生儿
